A TOILET in London has been put up for rent for £3,000 a month

Hampstead Heath lavatory is up for sale or rent, with the owner hoping the bottom doesn't fall out of the market.

A toilet in the posh London surburb of Highgate has been put up for rent at £3,000 a month. The owner, builder James Atherton is looking to rent or sell the unusual piece of real estate - a stand alone loo he owns inside a block of flats at the bottom of Highgate West Hill.

It is by a bus turnaround point and next to the bottom of Hampstead Heath. The facility is being promoted with a sign on the wall offering a "toilet space", hoping to catch the attention of bus drivers who need stop to relieve themselves at Parliament Hill Fields.

Mr Atherton also predicted a surge in interest if Camden Council follows through with its controversial plans to close the public toilets in Pond Square in Highgate village and the Victorian toilets at the entrance to Hampstead Heath were demolished in the 1990s.

Mr Atherton's toilet has been left unused for many years but is in good condition, according to the vendor, and could also double-up as a storage room.

It is up for rent at an asking price of £3,000 a month but Mr Atherton said he would also consider selling a 20-year lease for £20,000.- mirror

Woman dumped by millionaire she met on Plenty of Fish dating website fills his hot tub with dead mackerel

"I was almost sick.”

Women are putting cannabis inside their vaginas - here's why

The new tampon-sized pill is made from a mixture of cannabidiol and cocoa butter infused with THC - the active ingredient in marijuana.

A revolutionary capsule dubbed the world's first weed-infused vagina pill has been released to help stop period pains. The new tampon-sized pill is part of a bizarre modern trend of women placing items such as herb balls and Japanese vagina sticks into their private parts.

Made from a mixture of cannabidiol and cocoa butter infused with THC (the hallucinogenic chemical found in the class B drug), the 'Foria Relief' pill has been created to "maximise muscle relaxing and pain relieving."

But its creators Foria say it will not get you high. The company have previously released a cannabis infused lubrication product to "increase female sexual pleasure".

Founder Mathew Gerson said: “This plant medicine has a long, cross-cultural history of use as a natural aide in easing symptoms associated with menstruation.

“The pelvic region contains more cannabinoid receptors than any other part of the body except for the brain.

“So delivering these actives in a suppository format is a natural choice.”

Considering that side effects are reportedly minimal, the 84% of women who experience cramps and pains during their period may eagerly turn to this modern solution.

Unfortunately for women in the UK, the pills can only be bought if one lives in the 23 states of the US where marijuana has been legalised for medical purposes. The tablets are priced at £30 for four capsules and require the buyer to have a medical marijuana card.

It is unlikely that the pain relief solution will reach British shores any time soon as the UK government continues to ignore the supposed medicinal benefits of marijuana.

A petition with over 200,000 signatures called on the government to legalise marijuana last year.

The petition was slammed in parliamentary debate and prompted the government to label the use of cannabis as "a significant public health issue." - mirror

'Walking fish with feet, toes and human nose' found in Caribbean leaves experts baffled

Fishermen have been given a fright after a weird-looking creature with scales, feet, toes and a human-like nose was discovered in the ocean. The strange hybrid, which has human-like feet allowing it to walk across the seabed, was hauled out of the depths of in the Caribbean.
A weird-looking creature with human-like feet to let it walk across the seabed has been hauled out of the depths of the sun-splashed Caribbean

It has scales like a fish but two feet complete with toes, as well as a "perfectly formed human nose" above its mouth. And the alien-looking being , found in the sleepy harbour of Windward on the tiny island of Carriacou, has disbelieving fishermen stumped.

One islander said: "Everyone crowded around to look - nobody had ever seen anything like it.

"Quite a few people were pretty scared and thought it looked like something out of a sci-fi horror film."

Veteran fisherman Hope McLawrence, 74, who found himself staring into the eyes of the "alien" creature when he hauled in his nets, admits he was astounded. He says the foot-long creature has two feet with toes, no fin, a long bone on its back and "a perfect human nose immediately above its mouth".

"I have never discovered anything like this before," he added.

"The wings and tail looks extremely complicated."

Hope, a fishermen for more than 50 years, has his own opinions on the 'fish'. He said: "By the look of the creature it can't swim but walks on the seabed.

"This has shocked me to a considerable extent since I never thought that a creature like this even existed, much less in the harbour of these shallow, friendly waters.

"This is like a mystery and breathes a chill with this discovery."

Carriacou is a few miles from the larger island of Grenada.

It's just a 200-miles from Barbados, a favourite winter hang-out for celebrities including Simon Cowell and pop star Rihanna. - mirror
