The American news giant dropped the clanger while using a background graphic to illustrate China's deadly hornet outbreak Hong Kong at South America? Watch the video here American news network CNN made the embarrassing mistake of relocating Hong Kong - to South America. The geographical error was made on a picture used to illustrate a news story on China's outbreak of deadly hornets. And the presenter is none the wiser as she completes her piece to camera. This isn't the first time that CNN have blundered in this way. Back in January 2012 a geographically challenged employee put London in Norfolk on a map used for a story about the phone hacking scandal. For those who weren't paying attention in GCSE Geography, Hong Kong is actually situated in Asia, thousands of miles away from the point CNN would have you believe. So either these giant hornets have moved an entire land mass across the globe or someone at CNN isn't too hot on their map reading. ...

Today the internet has gifted us with a video of a magpie play-fighting with a dog, the pair scrapping and lazing around in the sun together and generally being best buds. You might expect the Jack Russell to pounce on the bird and tear it to shreds, but this particular pooch seemed more interested in playfully pawing at it and rolling around on its back. There’s a moment when the pair start to get a little rough and you think ‘Oh God this is only going to end in NOM’, but even after the dog trots off, the magpie follows it – flying after it and bringing it a nice stick. In other internet dog news, this month we have also met Remi, the ‘world’s saddest dog’ (in a cute way) and saw an incredibly polite canine that wipes its feet before entering the house. - Metro UK Watch the cute video below LIKE us on Facebook too:-

3d toothbrush A toothbrush that can clean teeth in just six seconds has been developed using a 3D printer. The brush, which looks like a gum shield covered in bristles, is customised to fit an individual’s mouth using scans of their mouth. By clamping the brush in their mouth and grinding their teeth, it can clean the whole mouth at once and even includes a tongue cleaner. The technology has been developed by Blizzident, who claim it can clean teeth in just six seconds – a task that takes more than three minutes with traditional brushes. The dense clusters of bristles in the brush are angled to align along a person’s gum line and touch the surface of each tooth at a 45 degree angle. Blizzident, a group of dentists and engineers who are based in Spain, claim their new design could be ideal for those who feel traditional tooth brushes are eating into their day. They say using their 3D printed brush could save up to 50 hours per year. However, just one of the brushes cost...

There are many ways to quit a job but we doubt many have been as creative as an interpretive dance performed by a young lady who decided to leave her role. Marina Shifrin, 25, was so frustrated with her job at Next Media Animation in Taiwan that instead of simply handing in her resignation she decided to make a big song and dance about it. She filmed herself dancing in the office of her previous employer, while subtitles appeared detailing the reasons for quitting. All of this was aptly accompanied by the Kanye West song Gone. ‘For almost two years I’ve sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job,’ she wrote on the video which has more than 100,000 views on YouTube. ‘And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I’d make ONE video of my own.’ The American, who now plans to return to her homeland, admitted doing the video was risky but said her working conditions were so poor she had to make a stand. ...

A video has emerged of a mysterious elderly lady dazzling staff at a drum shop with an unexpectedly brilliant solo on one of their kits. Staff at the Coalition Drum Shop in Wisconsin, US, say the OAP with the Keith Moon skills completely surprised them. ‘We have no idea where this lady came from, what her name is, or where she went but she rocked our faces off!,’ the shop’s YouTube page reads. Of course, there’s always the chance this is a cunning bit of viral marketing on the shop’s part, but when it’s this fun and heart-warming, you’ll hear no complaints from us. Source: Metro UK

A car is often called "she," so perhaps Fiat figured why not have one made of females? Part of the naked women Fiat ad creation Painted naked women form the shape of a Fiat 500 Abarth Cabrio in a new ad that appeared in the recent "Body Issue" of ESPN The Magazine. Fiat posted behind-the-scenes video on YouTube that answers the big question: Just how did a dozen female contortionists and acrobats do it? The segment has collected hundreds of thousands of hits since it was posted July 8. (Apparently, women and cars tend to draw a crowd.) AdWeek points out that other advertisers have taken a similar approach. The trade publication added that implying that a cool auto will net the buyer beautiful naked women isn't new either. "At least they did it with far more style and art than slapping a woman on there like a hood ornament," AdWeek wrote. The models, Fiat honchos and creatives from the Richards Group ad agency emphasized in th...
