It turns out there is such a thing as double bananas – and this man has proof. Richard Preece, 33, found the extremely rare fruit in a bunch of bananas he had bought in his weekly shop in Asda. The father-of-three – who has completed charity fun runs dressed as Bananaman – was a little shocked at the bizarre discovery. His wife, Samantha, said: ‘It is the most bizarre coincidence. ‘It was just in a bunch of ordinary bananas so it was a bit of a shock. ‘When Sam opened it up none of us could quite believe it. A TOILET in London has been put up for rent for £3,000 a month

Hampstead Heath lavatory is up for sale or rent, with the owner hoping the bottom doesn't fall out of the market. A toilet in the posh London surburb of Highgate has been put up for rent at £3,000 a month. The owner, builder James Atherton is looking to rent or sell the unusual piece of real estate - a stand alone loo he owns inside a block of flats at the bottom of Highgate West Hill. It is by a bus turnaround point and next to the bottom of Hampstead Heath. The facility is being promoted with a sign on the wall offering a "toilet space", hoping to catch the attention of bus drivers who need stop to relieve themselves at Parliament Hill Fields. Mr Atherton also predicted a surge in interest if Camden Council follows through with its controversial plans to close the public toilets in Pond Square in Highgate village and the Victorian toilets at the entrance to Hampstead Heath were demolished in the 1990s. A woman dumped by a millionaire racehorse owner after meeting him on Plenty of Fish took her revenge by filling his tot tub with dead mackerel. 'Walking fish with feet, toes and human nose' found in Caribbean leaves experts baffled

Fishermen have been given a fright after a weird-looking creature with scales, feet, toes and a human-like nose was discovered in the ocean. The strange hybrid, which has human-like feet allowing it to walk across the seabed, was hauled out of the depths of in the Caribbean. It has scales like a fish but two feet complete with toes, as well as a "perfectly formed human nose" above its mouth. And the alien-looking being , found in the sleepy harbour of Windward on the tiny island of Carriacou, has disbelieving fishermen stumped. One islander said: "Everyone crowded around to look - nobody had ever seen anything like it. "Quite a few people were pretty scared and thought it looked like something out of a sci-fi horror film." The controversial Republican frontrunner is the subject of a bizarre homage after condoms go on sale for £2. A condom featuring Donald Trump’s face and his catchphrase “I’m huuuge!” has goen on sale. Homewares brand Fishs Eddy have teamed up with SayItWithACondom.com to create the product, which you can buy for just under $3 each.(£2) According to the product listing, these condoms are “built like a wall to keep out STD’s and unwanted pregnancies” and will “help you negotiate rounding the bases and scoring safely”. Outspoken Trump, who is favourite to win the Iowa Caucuses and the New Hampshire primary this month, has sparked fury over his attacks on Muslims and Mexicans. Following the ISIS inspired terrorist attack in San Bernadino, California, last month in which 14 people were shot dead he called for a ban on Muslims entering the States. Ohio mulls over making sex with animals illegal

If you live in Ohio, then we’ve got some bad news. Your days of having sex with your pets may soon be over. Two local senators are trying to make it illegal for humans to conduct any sex-related activities with animals. The bill they’ve put forward would also ban people from selling animals for sexual purposes and buying animals to get down and dirty in the hay. Detective Jeremy Hoffman made a link between bestiality and child porn. He told WCPO: ‘I realized that much like those in our society who choose to abuse children, those who sexually abuse animals lack any semblance of a moral compass; they lack any sense of sexual boundaries.’ Currently the bill, brought forward by senators Jim Hughes and Jay Hottinger, has not received any opposition, but who knows? - metro uk
